A manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in driving revenue, managing client accounts, and closing sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, understands the full sales process, and can contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
Maintain and grow relationships with clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own reliable car and valid driver’s licence
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
