Sales Representative (Agrinet) at Senwes

Responsible for achieving sales targets:

Orders Management

• Ensure orders are received in line with monthly budget targets

Turnover Growth

• Increase turnover of existing customers through upselling and cross‑selling
• Set and achieve overall revenue targets for each account
• Focus on “sell through” rather than “sell to” strategies

Product Range Expansion

• Identify opportunities to win business where customers currently favour competitors
• Strengthen relationships to ensure customer loyalty and reduce competitor influence

Customer Retention

• Keep customers informed of new products, promotions, and marketing programs
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and responses

Customer Service

• Communicate proactively about any supply chain delays
• Assist customers with tenders and quotes when required
• Provide feedback on sales performance by product category
• Keep customers updated on rebate achievements

Requirements

• Strong understanding of key account management and general sales principles
• Solid product knowledge across relevant categories
• Willingness to travel
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience in the retail, agricultural, or industrial sectors

Qualifications:

• National Senior Certificate
