Conduct site visits, measurements and final quotes for existing and potential customers.
Conduct estimations quality and quantity of material
Represent and market company
Increase sales and market share
Manage debtors accounts
Resolve customer queries effectively
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and potential customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products and services
Develop clear and effective written proposals or quotations for current and potential customers
Identify advantage and compare the organization’s products/services
Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Participate in and represent the company at trade shows and conventions
Ensure housekeeping in work area
Perform any work-related tasks as delegated by superior
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric or x3 Completed Intercept courses equating to a total of 120 credits
Brights Induction (service excellence)
Qualification in Building trade advantageous
5 Years minimum experience in a similar role in the Hardware/ Building environment
Excellent product and department knowledge
Ability to handle pressure
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal &written)
Ability to act with integrity
Ability to moderate site
Ability to use initiative
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Ability to do estimations and measurements
Internal stock system knowledge
Microsoft office (Internet, E-mails, Word & Excel)
