Sales Representative at Danté Personnel Recruitment

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric certificate
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales or Business will be advantageous
• 3-5 years proven sales experience in a wholesale environment
• Experience in account management, business development, and territory management
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the Coastal Region
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
• Comfortable conducting product presentations, in-store training, and merchandising activities

Advantageous

• Experience within the eyewear, fashion, sports, footwear, apparel, or retail industries
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience using digital catalogues and online sales systems
