    Intellectual Property Associate

    Key areas of responsibility include in South Africa and foreign territories:

    • At least 2 years post-articles experience in IP essential
    • LLB degree, Admitted attorney
    • Passed SAIIPPL exams
    • Trade mark clearance searches
    • Prosecution of trade mark applications
    • Assignments and amendments of trade marks
    • Enforcement of trade mark and copyright matters
    • Trade mark oppositions before the relevant registries and the High Court
    • Commercial and transactional IP including co-existence agreements and licences
    • Company name disputes
    • Domain name disputes and administration
    • Conduct legal research and provide opinions on intellectual property issues

    Minimum requirements:

    • Grade 12/Matric certificate

    Junior Farm Manager - Levubu (Avo's and Macadamia)

    Minimum requirements:

    Branch Operations Manager

    • Our client, a Cape Town-based manufacturer, is looking for an Branch Operations Controller. They will responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day management of the branch, including administration, operations, sales and stock control. The role requires a hands-on, accountable individual who is honest, trustworthy, and reliable, capable of managing the branch independently while ensuring smooth operations and actively  driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

    Salary: R25 000 CTC + Commission
    Key Responsibilities: 

    ADMINISTRATION & OPERATION 

    • Manage daily admin: orders, invoicing, customer queries, cash and banking  
    • Coordinate deliveries, collections and liaise with Head Office 
    • Maintain customer records and general office processes 
    • Supervise the branch driver/storeman and ensure duties are completed 
    • Ensure reporting, compliance and smooth daily operations 

    SALES 

    • Achieve monthly sales targets 
    • Build and maintain customer relationships 
    • Prepare and follow up on quotes 
    • Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base 
    • Ensure high levels of customer service 
    • New Business Development

    STOCK & ASSETS 

    • Manage stock ordering from Head Office, control and reconciliations  
    • Monitor and resolve stock variances 
    • Safeguard branch stock, assets, vehicle and premises

    Minimum requirements:

    • Matric 
    • Previous experience in technical sales
    • 5+ years’ experience in similar branch/admin/operations role
    • Ability to achieve monthly sales targets 
    • Strong customer service & communication skills 
    • Good numerical accuracy and attention to details 
    • Ability to manage stock and basic financial processes 
    • Good communication and customer service skills 
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership 
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability 
    • Experience or knowledge of invoicing, stock control and cash handling
