    Sales Representative

    The Role:

    • Own Reliable Vehicle required
    • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
    • Playing an integral role in new business development and assuming responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients that will grow into long-lasting relationships.
    • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
    • Develop business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
    • You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
    • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure clients do not turn to the competition.
    • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and will be responsible for managing major national accounts at head office level.
    • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Constantly building strong relationships with strategic customers. Must be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
    • The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
    • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain the trust relationship.
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics as defined by the National Sales Manager as and when required.
    • As a senior member of the team, your code of conduct should always align with that of the company as defined by the executive team.

    Requirements

    We are looking for Senior Sales Professionals with the following competencies:

    • 5 years sales experience required
