Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the freight industry, including break bulk and full load logistics.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle contract negotiations and close deals with clients to secure long-term business.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
