Sales Representative: Rhinoman at Motus Holdings Limited

Overview:

• We are seeking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team within the motor industry.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, providing product information, and supporting external sales activities to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

•  Assist customers telephonically and at the sales counter
• Process customer orders and quotations accurately
• Provide product advice and pricing information
• Follow up on customer queries and back orders
• Support external sales representatives where required
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance

Requirements and experience:

• Degree in marketing, business, or related field. (beneficial)
• Grade 12
• 2–3 years’ proven internal sales experience within the motor / automotive parts industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Computer literacy and experience working with sales systems
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
