Purpose of the Job
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the distribution team is aligned to the strategy, and that internal processes required for strategic execution are designed and implemented, and progress on strategic execution is reported on.
The individual is responsible for providing sales support to the distribution team, drives the execution of the strategic projects and is individually accountable for achieving results through others over period of 1 – 2years. The individual will be required to build and maintain relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
