    Job Description

    • Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for an energetic, analytical and results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join their team

    What you'll be doing

    Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will play an important role in supporting and improving Distribution and Stores operations. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Analysing distribution and stores operations to support accurate budgeting and forecasting
    • Managing logistics software systems and driving effective utilisation within the department
    • Analysing delivery costs and identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved cost efficiency
    • Supporting a safe and productive working environment
    • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and service levels
    • Preparing and evaluating weekly and monthly reports
    • Providing analytical support on Stores and Distribution projects
    • Identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs while enhancing customer service

    What you'll need

    To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

    • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
    • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics systems
    • Strong financial aptitude
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel; SAP experience will be advantageous
    • Excellent planning and organisational skills
    • Strong leadership capabilities
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
