Flintcard is a brand new, cutting-edge employee rewards product currently in development. As a Sales & Success Agent for Flintcard, you’ll play a key role in a team that operates like a startup in terms of speed and ambition.
Your focus and impact area will be in acquiring new clients and building relationships with them, to ensure successful implementation and a delightful user experience. This role requires you to take initiative, be solutions oriented and stay committed to perfecting your craft in sales and customer success. There will be significant scope for personal and professional levelling up in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with our Head of Growth on Flintcard’s go-to-market strategy.
Own the sales pipeline: Guide our leads through the pipeline towards a sale.
Own the customer success process: Build strong relationships with early users to support with implementation, gather feedback and avoid churn.
Conduct demos to showcase Flintcard through video calls. Navigate follow-up processes over email and phone.
Guide users through onboarding and provide ongoing support to maximise their success.
Identify customer needs and work with the team to find solutions. Collaborate with our Head of Growth to develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor product analytics.
Play an important role in gathering insights into how our product is received by the market, whilst helping feed these insights back into the product and sales process.
Qualifications
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Eager and willing to learn and evolve quickly.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Good at taking ownership and initiative. Thrives working both independently and collaboratively.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn and navigate new software.
Helpful, but not required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Demonstrated success in SaaS sales and customer success.
