    Sales Support Specialist

    About the job

    • We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role carries senior responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support for the sales teams and sales administration.
    • Assisting with client interactions and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Handling inquiries, assisting with preparation of sales quotations, and processing sales orders.
    • Managing and updating sales reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
    • Proactively identifying and solving issues to support sales operations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales support role.
    • Proficiency in Excel and strong administrative skills.
    • Well-spoken with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
    • A customer-focused approach with a professional demeanour.
