Top Accountabilities
1. Partner with the Head of SalesOPS, external service providers and sales force, to drive key deliverables with the DSA teams
2. Effective set-up, roll out, implementation, integration, functioning, reporting and maintenance of the following:
- 3rd Party and Diageo team TRAX objective implementation and tracking
- Sales Rep targeting and measurements for all sales teams
- Granular level Sales & KPI measurement and tracking
- Master Data management & control
- Qliksense reporting
- Effective scorecard measurements of Key KPI’s and KVI’s
- Truedata MD management & Scorecard development and data alignment
3. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the integrity of data
- Data is complete (no gaps)
- Data is accurate (no errors)
- Data is on time (not late)
- Data is secure
4. Partner with Channel Heads to understand the Key Metrics to be measured driving Everyday Great Execution in the Channels
- Update the key measurements and activations required to be tracked on sales tools
- Manage with Sales Performance Analyst the implementation and update of the Everyday Outlet Execution Standards templates, M&E’s and Activations (CMO-Channel-Trax)
5. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Customer Masterdata to the Off Trade, On Trade, RTM, Reserve, PnS.
- Guarantee the integrity of the data
- Weekly maintenance (updates and refresh)
- Make accessible to the Off Trade, On Trade and RTMP Channels & PnS
- Update Route call cycles for DSA on back on of system to reflect correctly on the front end of the SFA tool, to ensure Sales teams are efficient and effective in their store visits
- Support and assist PnS with Routing and call cycles
6. Update pricing (Price lists) in collaboration with NRM team
7. Trade Presence to ensure a connection between Data & Reporting
- Spend time in trade to understand gaps in 3rd Party SFA, Trax and reporting
- Identify Gaps in the data by practically using the SFA’s & Trax
- Identify better efficiencies in SFA & Trax
- Spend at least 5 days a Quarter in the trade understanding how we improve excellence in execution (min 20 days a year)
Identify/design, implement and optimize effective processes and systems
- Review current processes and systems to understand business information and how systems integrate
- Liaise with stakeholders to establish and address needs to develop outputs
- Manage and approve system project-specific to ensure quality and data integrity
- Plan, design and implement new processes and systems in line with business approved needs in collaboration with external vendors
- Monitor and maintain processes and systems to ensure efficiency and sustainability
- Manage vendor SLA requirements
- Collaborate with Capability team to develop relevant training materials (assist in training where required)
- Audit processes and systems to ensure business needs are met and identify areas for improvement
Suggest and plan for systems and processes enhancements
- Systems reporting and analysis to facilitate strategic growth
- Facilitate alignment of business strategy with customer strategy
- Analyze operational intelligence to ensure accuracy and provide meaning and trends
- Generate and analyze reports and provide feedback on reporting when necessary
- Align reports to business objectives
- Explore and identify new business opportunities and make recommendations for action
Facilitate operational excellence
- Understand the expectations of stakeholders
- Monitor and measure operational activities and key outputs
- Engage with operational team to facilitate and support achievement of excellence
- Ensure the integrity of data
- Identify projects to streamline areas for improvement
Compliance
- Familiarize and comply with applicable procurement agreements, licenses, legislation, regulatory and fiscal policies, testing, internal policies and procedures, etc
Qualifications
- 3-year degree or Diploma in Business Management or in Information Systems
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ technical experience:
- Business Intelligence Systems Management including solution design and implementation
- Processing and Logic Concepts
- Data Warehouse and Report Design (incl automation)
- MSSQL, Qlikview, Power BI, Data Lakes, Sharepoint
- Minimum 3 years’ experience:
- BI solution management
- Operating in complex, fast paced, multi-channelled FMCG settings
- Junior line management
- Strong knowledge & demonstrated delivery in challenging data system environments (solutioning, fault finding, problem solving,)
- Manage agreed standards of service delivery with 3rd party agencies
