Oversee the achievement of budget targets for the assigned territory while performing essential Customer Management tasks.
Manage tactical processes supporting opportunity development within the assigned territory, including sales data management, adherence to company’s sales protocols, supporting the rollout of initiatives, and collaborating with other client managers to drive new and expand existing business.
Build and manage relationships with Customers and all internal and external stakeholders; contribute to the development of an After Sales Service strategy centered on Customers’ needs.
Ensure understanding and compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures among direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
Monitor sales team performance, identify performance gaps, and support performance improvement initiatives. Drive the performance and development process for all team members.
Provide regular status reports and updates to function head and local management.
What You Bring
Minimum of 8 years of Sales experience.
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge or experience with mechanics and rotating machinery (Gas and Steam Turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors) will be an advantage.
Goal-oriented, experienced in managing diverse teams, and adept at customer relationship management.
