JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring and supporting sales agents
- Monitoring of KPI targets
- Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to help agents improve their skills and performance
- Organizing tasks and setting goals
- Solving problems and resolving conflicts
- Reporting
- Collaboration and Teamwork
- Motivating employees
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Clear ITC
- No Criminal Record
- RE5 and FAIS advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of MS packages
- Minimum 1 Year outbound sales management experience
