Salesforce Project Manager at DeARX Services (Pty) Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce implementations, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget
• Collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal teams and clients
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure project objectives are met
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
• Stay informed about Salesforce best practices and updates, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Atleast 5 years' experience managing Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to delivery
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile environment
