Sandhurst | Au Pair | R16500 at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Working hours: Mon – Fri 10:00 – 19:00 – 1 hour lunch break
• School holiday hours: Mon – Fri 10:00 – 19:00 – 1 hour lunch break
• Sandhurst, Sandton - AU PAIR - FULL DAY
• Area: Sandhurst, Sandton
• Ages: 1 year old son, 7 year old daughter in Grade 1 and a 9 year old daughter in Grade 3 
• Working hours: Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 19:00 – 1 hour lunch break
• School holiday hours: 10:00 – 19:00 – 1 hour lunch break
• Duties: Occasionally take to school in the mornings, collect from school, take to extra-murals, assist with and supervise homework, run general family errands, grocery shopping on your behalf, engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, bathing, prepare meals for your children, occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement)
• Note: If you are required to work any overtime. This will be paid out in the form of time off. Prior notice for over time and extra hours needing to be worked will be given with as much notice as possible.
• Requirements: Someone who is willing to commit long term. Someone level headed, mature, takes initiative, is engaging and energetic. Is happy to learn how to do things the families way. Has experience with the age groups and able to assist with homework.
• Start date: ASAP – permanent contract
• School: TBC
• Salary: R16500 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95) for any driving done directly for the family. Not to get to and from work.

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal childcare experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 12 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
