MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Trade Test Certificate as Millwright or similar qualification with minimum five (5) years’ post qualification experience.
• Must be able to plan your own workflow and work independently.
• Good command of English and Numerical literacy.
• Must have First line management / Supervisory experience.
• Must be able to do fault finding, root cause analysis, and basic diagnostics.
• Fundamental knowledge of Maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime when required and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program on all plant equipment.
• Skills development and transfer.
• Excellent housekeeping in area of work.
• Report back on all activities through the maintenance work order system.
• Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to.
• Continuous improvements to tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continuous improvement throughout the plant to improve productivity.
