SAP WM Support Analyst (6 month contract)

• We require the services of 3 SAP WM Support Analysts on a 6 month contract till June 2021. These 3 positions will form part of the roll-out teams for our new Strato Mobility and SAP Warehouse Management solution and work as part of the BAU SAP support team.

Key Performance areas include:

• On-site project support for Mobile Solution and SAP WM, MM and SD
• On-site project support for business processes
• Hands-on training/coaching for users who require additional support
• Calls management in line with service level agreements
• Identify and report recurring problems
• Monitor effective system usage through regular system status checks
• BAU support SAP modular support when not assigned to project activities

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

• Experience as “super user” on SAP WM required
• Experience as a “super user” in SAP operational modules (SD,MM, PP, QM) will be advantageous
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to support users with problem resolution
• Ability to transfer knowledge to users
• Previous experience in delivering of training
• Analytical skills with attention to detail
• Team Player
• Ability to work under pressure

Mobility

• Ability to travel per the roll out plan
• Ability to work remotely
• Ability to work within a 24h shift pattern
