Scrum Master at Communicate Recruitment

• Are you passionate about Agile delivery and team performance? We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive high-performing Agile team dynamics, ensure continuous delivery flow, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master with formal Scrum Master training.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Solid understanding of Lean principles and Agile best practices.
• Strong background in software development project management, ideally with exposure to data environments and the financial or investment sectors.
• Proficient with Jira, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with architectural concepts such as service-oriented architecture and object-oriented design is advantageous.
• Skilled in remote team coordination and virtual event facilitation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach teams on Agile practices and problem-solving techniques.
• Eliminate delivery impediments and manage inter-team dependencies.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, craftsmanship, and innovation.
• Monitor delivery flow, team performance, and help teams stay aligned to sprint and program goals.
• Assist with reporting, business-as-usual activities, and stakeholder communication.
