What You’ll Do:
Be the servant leader and Agile coach for a high-performing, self-organising team.
Facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of delivery, quality, and ownership.
Partner with Project and Programme Managers to align team efforts with broader delivery goals.
Shield your team from distractions and scope creep, ensuring focus and flow.
Help identify and remove impediments, escalating when needed to keep momentum strong.
Support the Product Owner in prioritisation and backlog refinement.
What You Bring:
Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and Lean thinking.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a knack for resolving team conflicts.
Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Solid grasp of software development and DevOps practices.
Bonus: Insurance industry experience is a plus!
