Security Control room Manager - Durban - Balito
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Matric
- Experience 5 years
- Location KwaZulu-Natal
- Job Field Security / Intelligence
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12, Matric
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Control room Manager
- Computer literate
- No criminal record.
- PSIRA registered with a Grade A
- Must be fully bilingual
- Estate experience will be an advantage
- Candidate to reside in the Balito/ Verulam or surrounding areas
Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive)
- Informing duty managers of incidents as and when required
- Dispatching of guards
- Ensuring that all post are covered
- Able to record all incidents in an Occurrence Book (OB) as well as in an Electronic OB
- Receiving complaints and informing management accordingly
- Ale to transfer knowledge to guards accordingly
- Able to exercise and maintain discipline
- Able to follow instructions accurately
