    About the Role

    Moove is looking for an experienced professional with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Security Officer, reporting to the Senior Senior Officer. As a proven result-driven person, the Security Officer will be assisting in ensuring the security of all Moove assets.

    In this role, you will have a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety, so as to make the organization and its assets more secure. If you've got emergency response skills, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for organizational safety, this is the role for you!

    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a Security Officer, who will assist in the security of Moove assets, and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a Security expert with experience in the logistics industry, who has deep networks within the law enforcement agencies.

    What You’ll be Doing

    • Responsible for overall security of our assets.
    • Vehicle recovery in the event of a hijack and other incidents.
    • Impounding of vehicles as directed by the Monitoring teams.
    • Attending to accidents and providing accident reports to the Fleet Ops Supervisor.
    • Managing traffic fines

    What You will need for this position

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
    • Candidate must have experience in the transportation industry.
    • Candidates must possess great Microsoft office suite skills.
    • Candidates must possess effective report writing skills.
    • Candidates must be excellent in communication.
    • Candidates must possess great interpersonal skill
    • Candidates must possess outstanding organizational skills.

    Who You'll Be Working with:

    Directly reporting to our Senior Security Officer, and closely working with our Fleet Team
