    Security Operations Manager at Coal Mining

    • Must have Coal mining and beneficiation knowledge.
    • Own transport.
    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English. (Read, speak and understand)
    • Manage, oversee and coordinate all mining security related activities including security resources and budgets.
    • Required travelling between operational sites.
    • Strong admin skills.
    • SOP
    • Must follow full security protocol for the mining industry.
    • Gun protocol.
    • 300 + guards 
    • Maintain statutory security protocol
    • Must be able to provide internal training.
    • Formulating strategy, improving performance, procurement and implementation. 
    • Maintain and diverse a safe work environment at all times.
    • Lead the mine security operations management team through proactive engagement. 
    • Prepare security operational plans for the mine, monitor and report progress.
    • Propose capital expenditure projects to expand capacity to improve operations.
    • No Criminal Record.
    • Contactable reference a must for all previous employment.
