Reporting directly to the Training Implementation Manager, this role is responsible for delivering tailored training to the Sales Field in line with the Segmented Training Strategy.

• Delivering developed training in the field in line with the segmented training strategy and other global and local initiatives
• Deliver onboarding training to new Area Managers
• Deliver training to and assist with onboarding of new MA’s
• Deliver segmented training programmes as directed to the independent Sales field
• Implementation and delivery of remedial training to contribute to KPI turnaround.
• Working with the Training Implementation Manager and relevant DSM and RSM to understand area specific challenges and contribute to possible solutions to KPI turnaround
• Participate in projects and initiatives as directed by the Sales Academy Manager and the Training Implementation Manager
• Grade 12 certificate is essential
• Direct Selling background highly beneficial
• Minimum 3 years experience in adult education
• Drivers License and mobility
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Advanced Power Point Skills
• Ability to understand data
• Experience as an Area Sales Manager beneficial
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Presentation and public speaking essential
