Senior Account Manager at Hansen Technologies

The Account Manager must have flair for working directly with customers and managing relationships with the internal team with a strong sense of diligence and responsibility. This position will be based in Jo'burg, South Africa, with some international travel required within the EMEA region.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Proactively and professionally manage the client relationships on all levels
• Present new products, features and services to customers
• Manage amendments and contracts
• Take full ownership of commercial negotiations and contract obligations
• Work closely with our Product Development, Finance departments and Delivery and Service Teams

Skills And Qualifications Required

• Experience with direct customer contracts, within an account management or sales role
• Relevant educational background, ideally within software development, business or finance
• Preferable knowledge of the Telecoms & Pay-TV markets
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels across the organisation
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proactive, responsible and trustworthy approach to work
