Applicants must have a minimum of Grade 12 (NQF level 4) with Accountancy and a 3 year National Diploma (NQF level 6) in payroll or equivalent.
A postgraduate qualification (NQF level 7/8) will be an added advantage, and 2 years of relevant experience in a financial accounting environment. Willingness to work outside normal office hours.
Key Performance Areas:
The successful incumbent will be expected to perform, amongst others, but not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities: Administration of travelling, Sustenance and Travel claims, and creditors’ claims;
Provide effective Payroll Administrative support services for PanSALB; Processing of creditors’ payments for PanSALB; Financial Administrative support; Assist in developing financial policies; Administer petty cash account, Administer return/cancelled cheques, Administer requests for cash advance.
