Senior Administrative Officer: SCM (Asset & Inventory Management Controller at Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum educational qualification: Appropriate three-year National Diploma/Degree.

• Experience: Appropriate experience in supply chain management environment. Appropriate experience in asset and inventory management. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel (overnight).

Competencies (knowledge/skills):

• High level of computer literacy, including advanced application on Logis, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Extensive knowledge of Asset & Inventory Management.
• Knowledge of and exposure to the PFMA, Treasury Regulations and relevant Instructions.
• Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, including numeracy and accuracy skills.
• Ability to train people in asset and inventory management.
