Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• Grade 12
• B Degree / B Tech in Human Resources or Social / Behavioural Sciences at NQF Level 7 with 360 credits  

Experience:

• Five (5) years sound experience in general Human Resources management and practices

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a Specialist and Professional Human Resources Service with regards to Talent and Skills, Employment Equity, Organisation Effectiveness, Industrial Relations and Leadership Development etc
• Provide professional advice and guidance on policies, procedures, processes and systems
• Provide a Generalist Human Resources service across the entire HR value chain
• Project management and participation as HR Generalist to different initiatives
• Client relations and specialist advice
