Key Responsibilities 

• Provide leadership, guidance and manage functional capacity assessment, work hardening processes and occupational therapy (OT) initiatives.
• Provide a consultative and advisory role.
• Manage and monitor external OT service providers.
• Monitor and evaluate OT services.
• Identify functional incapacity trends and risks.
• Participate in health and wellness initiatives.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s) 

• Honors Degree/4-year Degree in Occupational Therapy at NQF8 with 480 credits.
• Professional Registration Body: Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Related Minimum Experience: 

• 4 Years’ degree in occupational therapy and management.
