•   Excellent Microsoft Office Skills including Excel at an advanced level along with Word and Power Point at Intermediate Level.
•   Excellent Communication Skills
•   Strong Analytical Skills, with good experience of Interpreting and Producing High Quality, Accurate Management Information.
•   Effective Planning and Organisation Skills and the ability to prioritise effectively when under pressure.
•   Experience of working to tight deadlines.
•   Ability to work independently, without guidance and also with/in a team

Knowledge

•   Knowledge of Direct Remuneration
•   Knowledge of Job Evaluation System (T.A.S.K.)
•   Knowledge of Human Resources System (Unique and SAP)
