Senior Associate - Disputes at Clyde & Co

The Role:

Clyde & Co has an opportunity in Johannesburg for a Coverage Disputes attorney with 4+ years of experience. We are looking for a bright, ambitious, highly motivated lawyer, with experience in complex insurance coverage disputes matters and with experience from a reputable law firm.

The successful incumbent will report to Daniel Le Roux who's practice is focussed on liability and coverage disputes. He is recognised as a leading expert in Dispute Resolution and Insurance law.

Education and Experience Required

• Admitted to practice in South Africa
• 4+ years of disputes experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Solid work history

• Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature;
