    Senior Avo & Macadamia farm manager – FM1735

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
    • At least 5 years’ experience in tree crops (avocados, stone fruit, or macadamias)
    • Previous experience with the following essential:
    • Irrigation
    • Fertigation
    • Global Gap
    • Pump Houses
    • Computer literate
    • Proven ability to run the farm independently
    • Strong written and verbal communication and numeracy skills
    • Ability to lead and have good interpersonal skills
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Maintenance orientated
    • Valid driver’s license
