KPA’s (Key Performance Areas)

• Finance Administration and Support. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Data capturing on Dext & Xero.
• Supplier Statement reconciliations.
• Bank Account reconciliations.
• Mr Delivery & Yoco reconciliations to bank receipts.
• Filing & General Admin.
• Gathering of freelancer tax details for jobs.
• Tending to IRP5 queries. 

Minimum Requirements

• Applicable qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping with relevant working experience.
• Competent in the use of GSuite and/or Office 365 as supporting tools.
• Knowledge and understanding of Accounting and Expense Capturing Software, e.g., Xero, Expensify, Dext, Approval Max, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data.
