Senior BPO Operations Manager (CPT or JHB)
- Manage multiple campaigns
- Min 5 years contact centre operations management experience
- Experience in BPO a strong advantage
- Able to support day and/or night shifts on site
- Strong grasp of contact centre analytics
- Effective client interface, able to effectively deliver on stringent SLAs
- Effective people management skills
- Salary negotiable aligned to industry norms and experience
