    Senior BPO Operations Manager (CPT or JHB)

    • Manage multiple campaigns
    • Min 5 years contact centre operations management experience
    • Experience in BPO a strong advantage
    • Able to support day and/or night shifts on site
    • Strong grasp of contact centre analytics
    • Effective client interface, able to effectively deliver on stringent SLAs
    • Effective people management skills
    • Salary negotiable aligned to industry norms and experience
