    Senior Brand and Communications Strategist

    Job Description

    • As a Senior Brand and Communications Strategist at Accenture Song, you’ll lead strategic thinking across diverse client portfolios, unlocking opportunities and solving business challenges with smart, insight-driven solutions.

    • Build trusted relationships with senior clients, creative teams, and accounts.
    • Act as a voice of reason, offering balanced support and strategic guidance.
    • Be a reliable partner, driving both client and creative excellence.

    Collaboration

    • Work closely with account and creative teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Mentor and guide junior strategists in research and strategy development.
    • Facilitate productive, honest conversations that push for better outcomes.

    • Share knowledge through workshops and training, driving strategic empowerment across the agency.

    Qualifications

    • Matric Certificate with college or university exemption.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is advantageous.
    • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning within an advertising agency, 2+ as a senior strategist.
    • Proven track record of developing effective advertising strategies.
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Based in Cape Town, South Africa.
