    Senior Brand Manager: Skin Care

    • The Senior Brand Manager role will be critical in developing and leading execution of brand strategies that drive growth and enhance market share. You play a pivotal role in shaping brand presence and conversion in market and ensure the brand relationship with consumer to contribute to the business goals.  It requires a blend of strategic insight, market understanding, consumer insight and commercial focus to enhance brand value proposition and deliver sustainable profitable growth. You need to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand vision aligns with consumer needs and business goals. Takes full ownership of end-to-end marketing delivery and demonstrates strong generalist capability across strategy, execution, insights, and commercial management

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Brand Strategy development: 

    • Create and implement medium  term integrated brand strategies that align with overall business objectives ensuring your brands meets market demands and business goals. 
    • Conduct comprehensive market, consumer and competitor understanding to monitor brand performance, analyse competitors and identify new opportunities for growth
    • Use insights to develop robust integrated business plans that address short term and long terms goals. 

    Project Management/Leadership:

    • Lead New product development projects (innovation and renovation) or cost optimisation initiatives and manage the whole process from conception to in-market ensuring in line with consumer needs
    • Manage the entire product life-cycle from ideation to discontinuation, defining required specifications that align with consumer needs and market demands. 
    • Leads, develops, and mentors team members to build capability, drive accountability, and deliver high-quality brand execution

    Marketing Campaigns: 

    • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels to enhance brand visibility, conversion and consumer engagement. 
    • Define specific communication channels plans that align with brand objectives and proactively track presence in market to drive brand impact. 

    Commercial focus and financial oversight:

    • Effectively manage the brand’s P&L and marketing budget and ensuring allocations of resources to maximise return of investment and drive business goals
    • Manage brand demand forecasts and performance metrics to ensure financial objectives are met
    • Have an adept understanding of the brand value chain to make necessary adjustments and improvements to meet consumer needs and business goals. 

    Cross-functional Collaboration: 

    • Work closely with sales, customer, shopper marketing, operations and external partners to ensure cohesive strategies which factors unlocking opportunities across the value chain.

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

    Skills and Competencies

    • Analytical skills  
    • Strong ability to analyse market data and consumer insights to inform data-driven strategic decisions
    • Project Management 
    • Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting set deadlines
    • Communication skills 
    • Strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Technical Skills - Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, brand finance and demand forecasting.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A minimum of 5+ years in brand management with a track record on driving brand growth.
    • Must be experienced in managing multiple brands.
    • Must have proven experience in leading P&L analysis and ROI evaluation to driving informed business decision-making.
    • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
