We’re looking for a cutting-edge business mind – someone who can look at the trends and determine the best way to take the business to the next level. On any given day you’ll find yourself having stand-ups, engaging and liaising with other teams and BAs, managing stakeholders, engaging with dev and design teams, not to mention providing analysis in translating technical documents to business requirements and having that reviewed and signed off by relevant stakeholder.

Core Responsibilities

Ensure Successful Implementation of Solutions

• Interfaces with project teams, development teams, usability and other functions to drive timely, seamless and successful project delivery
• Performs and/or assists with UAT and live testing
• Determines the success and value of implemented solutions via follow up with stakeholders
• Utilises available data to track impact of change and compile relevant reports of implemented projects across the department
• Conducts effective application training when required to do so

Maintain Required Knowledge and Skills

• Investigates and keeps abreast of in-house systems/products (across departments), technology infrastructure and operational procedures
• Maintains a high level of knowledge about stakeholders' business and related application requirements
• Maintains a high level of understanding of industry norms and competitors' offerings compared to their applications
• Keeps up to date with BA industry developments and seeks to introduce new tools and techniques

Identified Business Needs

• Liaises with business users and/or internal stakeholders across 'product areas' to determine business requirements
• Analyses and validates value of business requests before projects are initiated
• Identifies functional gaps across 'product areas' for meeting both current and future client business requirements
• Assesses existing client systems against future requirements to determine if future business requirements can be met
• Maintains a list of potential product improvements based on awareness of competitor products and industry trends

Designed Business Solutions 

• Defines, evaluates and presents feasible and practical business solutions
• Critically analyses the changes necessary to ensure that current and future business requirements can be met.
• Creates accurate business documents and functional specifications according to agreed standards and timelines
• Seeks to pro-actively future-proof products and processes

Built Sound Professional Relationships

• Proven record of maintaining meaningful personal relationships with key internal/external stakeholders e.g. other depts, MGS, Operators, eCogra etc.
• Builds confidence among clients that they can share business ideas and requirements
• Builds confidence and credibility with development teams and other internal stakeholders

Key Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant technical and business work experience.
• Requires experience/Indepth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes.
• A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Social Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
