Senior Business Analyst (JHB Contract) at AZ Consulting

• A client in Gauteng is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with ERP exp. as follows

Responsibilities:

• To elaborate on the Scope-of-Work (SoW) i.e. Blueprints for an ERP implementation
• Assist the Project Manager with the detailed Client-side change and implementation plan
• Assess the business impact of the Blueprint, i.e. Role changes, Procedures, Policies, Governance etc.
• Assess the Financial Controls and Risk Management measures to be implemented
• Assess the Data Flows impacted, i.e. how related systems and document flows need to change
• Ensure Change Management for the above changes, with timeous Training and Comms

Skills Required:

• At least 6 to 7+ yrs exp. as a BA or Process Engineer on large scale ERP-type projects
• With 2 to 3+ yrs exp. implementing Financial / ERP solutions (ideally D365 F&O)
• SME in Financial Controls for Financial Systems (i.e. in Banking) is ideal (not required)
• Project Management and Change Management exp. is useful (not required)
• Technical exp. with Data Analysis / Data Flows is ideal (not required)
• Functional exp. on Property / Facilities Management systems is ideal (not required)
• BA and Change Management certifications are an advantage (not required)
• A B. Com. / B. Sc. or similar business systems degree is useful (not required)
