Senior Civil Engineer/Technologist | Bulk Water Conveyance - (ENG-L6.166) at Zutari

Role Responsibilities

• Perform highly complex engineering designs and hydraulic analysis., with key contributions on 3D models, technical drawings and details.
• Produce other key deliverables on projects, such as technical reports, specifications, and bills of quantities.
• Be a team player that is willing to collaborate across multiple disciplines and international geographies.
• Assisting with tenders and bids.

Minimum Requirements

• BEng, BSc, BTech or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Postgraduate qualification would be advantageous. 
• Registered as a Professional Engineer/Technologist with ECSA.
• Minimum of 5 years’ related engineering design experience.
• Experience on water infrastructure projects (hydraulic analysis, sewer design and/or water and wastewater treatment works design).
• Proficiency in a form of CAD software.
• Proficiency in the MS Office software suite (especially MS Word and MS Excel).
• Good report writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work on several projects at once.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead a small team.
• Willingness to travel and visit sites.
• Valid South African driver’s license.
