Senior Clerk Logistics at KAL Group

Job Specification

• Reporting to the Fuel Planner, the incumbent would be responsible for all activities associated with that of the inventory of the Distribution Centre.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• 4 years related experience
• Computer literate with good people skills and who can work independently

Key performance indicators include:

• Handling fuel orders, supporting truck and route planning for daily deliveries
• Control over and handling of stock takes.
• Handling of orders and invoices for services and expenses.
• Managing incoming queries from depots, customers, and suppliers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assisting with stock checks, documentation control, and system updates.
• Performing all office administration linked to procurement, logistics, invoicing, and stock control.
• Supporting the department with ad hoc tasks and reporting as needed.
