What you'll do:

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in independently marketing and acquiring new large corporate client relationships. You will be responsible for onboarding new corporate customers for various banking services according to relevant policies and procedures. Your ability to work well under pressure and deadlines will be crucial as you collaborate with your team to meet quarterly/annual targets. Your role as the main point of contact for client requests will require you to maintain sound relationships with clients. Additionally, you may be required to perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Client Relationship Manager position will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role. With at least 10 years of credit working experience in a corporate and investment banking environment, you are familiar with providing various corporate banking services to large corporates in South Africa. Your significant knowledge of the financial industry coupled with your proven track record of maintaining relationships with industry-leading companies will be crucial in this role.

• Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university (Honours Degree or Master Degree preferable), and has FSCA qualification of RE5
• Preferably 10 years credit working experience in a corporate and investment banking environment
• Managerial experience
• Familiarity with providing corporate banking including general banking facility, revolver, term loan, project finance, syndication loan business to large corporate in South Africa
• Significant knowledge of the financial industry
• Proven track record including currently maintaining the relationship of the industry leading companies
