Routinely assess and implement Red Hat's core offerings
Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing the technical, development, or strategic IT needs
Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions
Adapt to changing customer requirements
Keep knowledge updated through personal development and training
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience with IT infrastructure
Solid experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or other Linux distributions and preferably other technologies like Red Hat Satellite or Red Hat OpenShift
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to a diverse audience of stakeholders
Consulting experience; engineering and system administration experience, providing that your experience aligns with other criteria, will also be considered
Ability to constantly learn about new technologies and apply these concepts to customer needs
Willingness to travel to customer sites; this could include extended periods of staying overnight during the week
Experience using cloud technologies like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
Familiarity with containers and container management is a plus
