    Senior Credit Risk Manager

    1. Develop, implement and optimise the Payflex consumer acquisition strategy across all origination channels (merchant, web and app) and Payflex partnerships.
    2. Develop, implement and optimise the Payflex consumer account management strategy to drive x-sell and customer spend.
    3. Develop, implement and optimise the Payflex collections strategy.
    4. Work closely with the marketing, operations and products teams to implement the strategies and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional partners.
    5. Develop reports and insights to measure the success of the collections, acquisition and account management strategies
    6. Proactively identify risks and opportunities.
    7. Oversee and manage the monthly and quarterly analysis of the portfolio and own end to end the reporting process.
    8. Document the strategies and ensure that the strategies are updated timeously as changes are implemented.
