Senior Electrical Engineer: Building Services at GIBB Engineering and Architecture

Core Purpose

Responsible for the design of Electrical Building Services by applying GIBB Systems and Processes in managing projects. Act as Project Technical Leader.

• Electrical Building Services Design
• Electronic Building Services Design
• Prepare Specification, Tender and contract documentation for construction work
• Successfully plan, organize manage and control projects
• Bid and tender preparation and submission
• Management of AR & WIP
• Management and maintaining client satisfaction
• Adherence to GIBB QMS system
• Training and mentoring of junior staff
• Present GIBB and its capabilities to prospective clients
• Management of effort, revenue taking, and project variances

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• B. Eng or B. Sc Electrical Engineering
• Professionally Registered (ECSA)

Experience:

• Minimum seven (7) year’s design experience in electrical and electronic building services projects.
• Proven construction monitoring and contract administration experience.
• Minimum three (3) year’s post registration experience in electrical and electronic building services projects experience in various power project development phases, as well as various types of developments.
