Senior Graphic Designer

• We are recruiting for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team within the printing industry. This role will be based in Sandton, Gauteng and is ideal for a highly creative individual with a strong eye for detail and a passion for producing visually compelling design work.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality print-ready designs while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to bring concepts to life across a variety of marketing and branding materials.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening visual identities and ensuring consistent, impactful communication through print media. This position also requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and the capacity to deliver work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within the printing industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability across various design projects.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality output.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Client & Concept Development

• Interpret client briefs and translate ideas into creative and effective design solutions.
• Prepare and present design concepts and proposals for client review and approval.
• Revise and refine artwork based on client feedback to ensure final satisfaction.

Design Production & Output

• Create and develop high-quality print materials including brochures, posters, and business cards.
• Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet required technical specifications.
• Deliver completed design work within agreed timelines and budget parameters.

Branding & Consistency

• Ensure consistency of branding across all visual materials and design outputs.
• Maintain alignment with established brand guidelines across all projects.

Workflow & Industry Standards

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and evolving design technologies.
• Ensure all completed work meets professional quality standards and production requirements.
