Senior Graphic Designer at SAOTA

About the Job:

SAOTA is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to support our Head of Marketing & PR. In this role, you'll collaborate with project teams and directors to produce consistent print and digital materials across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor junior designers, interns, and freelancers
• Oversee quality control on all designs and materials
• Design and produce collateral, including books, brochures, presentations, and digital media
• Edit photos, videos, and web content
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines
• Design press packs, magazine layouts, and social media content
• Assist with award entries and internal communication collateral

Key Requirements:

• Graphic Design degree/diploma
• 7-10 years of design experience in a creative environment
• Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• All employees are required to have an uncapped 20 Mbps (up and download) minimum internet Connectivity line.

Advantageous Skills:

• 3D rendering skills
• Web Design and Development, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Jquery, JavaScript (WordPress/Drupal)
• SEO, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools knowledge.
• Additional Languages (other than English and Afrikaans)
• Working knowledge of CAD, REVIT
