We are now looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to ensure that all Human Resources (HR) operations are implemented smoothly and effectively. You are responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and providing sound advice to management on all related topics. You should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the HR department. You should be able to manage programs and systems, lead people, and have a strong strategic mindset at the same time. The aim is to ensure that all of the company's HR processes and requirements are met and aligned with all of the business objectives.
Responsbilities
Employer brand building and helping to shape the corporate culture and employee life cycle with the companies two key objectives Joy & Performance
Shaping the human factor in the company with strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and further education
Optimization of the various HR workflows and systems
Recruiting strategy and implementation including channel & content strategy
Overseeing all Recruiting pipelines South East Asia, East Europe, Africa and Latin America
Recommendations for staff and HR investments
Primary contact for employees and freelancers in HR matters
Monitoring compliance with internal guidelines and legal standards
KPI creation and data analysis of HR key figures for the management
Requirements
Professional experience
Ideally multiple years of experience as Human Ressource specialist
In-depth knowledge of HR management, preferrably in a Software, Saas or digital product company
Experience in employee management
Leadership experience for HR and specifically recruiting
At least 3 years experience in a similar position
Professional qualification
Experience working with digital HR systems, including financial processing and applicant tracking systems
Good knowledge of labor and contract law
General affinity to digital systems in communication and organization
Good knowledge, especially in agile project management, including the use of applications such as Jira or Asana
In-depth knowledge of personnel management (e.g. applicant management, personnel development, payroll accounting), knowledge of German labor law
Economic thinking and acting
