Senior Inspector: Land Use Region A
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 2 - 5 years
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field Construction and Site Engineering , Engineering / Technical
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Relevant tertiary qualification Preferably a B Degree/ National Diploma in Town and Regional Planning/Urban Development. Working towards or completed registration as a professional planner i.e. candidate member. Computer literacy: MS Office. 2-5 years’ relevant experience in town planning required. A valid driver’s licence.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Land Use. Illegal land use. Land Use Survey. General Town Planning Administration. Customer Queries Resolution. Town Planning Site Notices. Stakeholder Relations.
