Senior Labour Relation Officer (EDU) - Vhembe East District at Limpopo Department of Education

Salary: R 413,001.00 per annum

Key Performance Areas

• Promotion of sound labour relations environment.
• Investigate and assist in the resolution of individual and collective complaints and grievances.
• Investigate, initiate and/or preside over misconduct cases.
• Co-ordinate disciplinary hearing.
• Represent the Department at conciliation and arbitration and facilities the implementation of settlement agreements and arbitration awards.
• Provide support for compliance with legislative framework relating to grievances and disputes.
• Compile reports/submissions in respect of grievances dispute, advice on industrial action matters.

Prerequisites

• NQF level 6 or 7 qualification as recognized by SAQA
• A qualification/s in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations and other related qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Labour Relations or related.
• A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities
